Comissions are only for personal use, unless discussed otherwise.

I only accept payments via Paypal invoice in EUR.

If I accept your commission, I'll send you a message as confirmation and send out an invoice. Once paid, you'll be added to a queue.

I am allowed to decline a commission I don't feel comfortable with / am unable to do, or any other reasons.

No refunds, unless I can't finish a piece for some reason, but for any issues feel free to DM me!

The commissions will be done in one or two months after payment.

Please provide me with detailed and clear instructions about your order.

Please provide references about the character’s pose, facial expression, etc.
If you do not have anything in mind, please provide a detailed description about your character’s personality, hobbies. For couple arts, describe their relationship, feelings towards eachother.

I won’t accept commissions from people under 16 years old without a parent's permission.

My artwork is for personal use only, unless discussed otherwise first.

Commercial use of my artwork must be agreed beforehand by the commissioner.

I reserve all the rights to my works, meaning that I am allowed to post the commissioned artwork on my social media platforms, involve it in my portfolio, use it for future references, etc, unless specifically asked not to. This request may cost additionally to the costumer.

Credits should be given any and every time you post the commissioned artwork on a social media platform.
This could be a link, or a mention to my instagram / twitter / ko-fi, or any other socials.

You are NOT allowed to change, modify, edit, use, or claim my art as yours.

You are NOT allowed to remove the watermark.

You are NOT allowed to use any of my artworks, be it commissioned, already existing or future, as an NFT, nor to train an AI. Breaking this will result in blacklisting.

You are allowed to make edits to the artwork during the sketching phase.

After finalizing the draft I will work on the piece ‘till completion. Feel free to ask for WIP pictures any time!

I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason.
If this occurs, I will give you a notice beforehand.

I will refund the total amount paid if I no longer wish to work / am unable to work on your commission any further, for any reasons.
If this occurs, I will notify you as soon as possible.

I do not issue refunds, however, if something comes up feel free to let me know, and we can try to find a way to solve it!

Backing out on a commission before the payment is sent will not result in any issues, as long as you talk with me first!

Forcing a chargeback will result in permanent ban.
